LIT plays the Changjian International Music Festival

Lit are set to play the Changjian International Music Festival in Zhenjiang Shiyezhou, Jiangsu Province. Over 40 bands will play from April 30 to May 2.

Comprised of brothers singer A. Jay Popoff and guitarist/singer Jeremy Popoff with lifelong friend, bassist/singer Kevin Baldes and newest member, drummer Nathan Walker, the Fullerton, California band gained significant success in 1999 with their hit singles: “My Own Worst Enemy” (which held the number one position on the Billboard Hot Modern Rock Tracks chart for three months, and received a Billboard Music Award for the biggest modern rock song of 1999), “Miserable,” which went to #3 on "Modern Rock Tracks" and whose video featured sex symbol Pamela Anderson; and “Zip-Lock”. In the same year, they rocked Woodstock 1999 and did a world tour with the Offspring, No Doubt and Garbage. Between 1999 and 2000 Lit performed at 500 shows worldwide and made television appearances on MTV Spring Break, Jay Leno, Conan, and more. Since then they have toured with Kid Rock and KISS. When Lit returns to the U.S., they will join the Summerland Tour (along with Sugar Ray, The Gin Blossoms, Everclear and Marcy Playground) in late June through August.
